ACE Inhibitor Blood Pressure Drugs Increase Risk Of Lung Cancer

NEWS

New research shows that so-called ‘ACE inhibitor’ drugs, prescribed for high blood pressure, significantly increase the risk of developing lung cancer.

COMMENT

ACE inhibitor drugs are hardly the only pharmaceutical treatments for high blood pressure that are known to increase the risk of cancer. In another example, research from Denmark published in 2017 found that use of hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic drug prescribed for high blood pressure, substantially increases the risk of skin cancer.

In addition to their health risks, pharmaceutical approaches to high blood pressure treatment only address the symptoms of the condition. While lowering the raised blood pressure, they fail to correct its primary underlying cause. In contrast, Dr. Rath’s groundbreaking Cellular Medicine approach directly addresses the micronutrient deficiencies that lie at the root of the problem. Based on Dr. Rath’s scientific discoveries and research carried out at the Dr. Rath Research Institute under the direction of Dr. Aleksandra Niedzwiecki, it is now possible to lower high blood pressure naturally, without drugs.

If you or a member of your family has high blood pressure and would like to learn how to take advantage of the Cellular Medicine approach, we invite you to download a free PDF copy of chapter 4 from Dr. Rath’s classic book, Why Animals Don’t Get Heart Attacks…But People Do!
