The Coronavirus Pandemic: Pharma Cartel’s Control Of Healthcare Putting World Economy At Risk

A new report from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), an intergovernmental body whose membership comprises a group of 36 mostly developed countries, describes how the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak is putting the world economy at risk. Stating that “governments need to act swiftly and forcefully to overcome the virus and its economic impact”, the OECD says the virus presents the global economy with its gravest threat since the financial crisis. In reality, however, it isn’t so much that the coronavirus itself is putting the world economy at risk, but rather that the Pharma Cartel’s continued control of our healthcare systems is.

The OECD’s report is only one of several gloomy economic predictions that have been published recently in relation to the coronavirus. A recent article published on the Bloomberg website, a news agency portal founded by multibillionaire Michael Bloomberg, claimed the virus could cost $2.7 trillion and “bring the world economy to a standstill.” CNN has similarly predicted that, with the outbreak triggering “extreme fear in financial markets”, it “could tip the world into a recession.” But with the public increasingly being brainwashed into believing that producing a pharmaceutical vaccine is the only way of bringing the pandemic under control, and at least nine drug companies now working on one, it is already clear who the main beneficiary from this media hysteria is intended to be.

Pharma Cartel seeking to benefit from coronavirus hysteria

Due to the growing global interest in natural health approaches, the Pharma Cartel’s $1.4 trillion dollar a year ‘business with disease’ has never been under greater threat than it is today. Over the past two decades, Dr. Rath’s groundbreaking scientific discoveries in the fields of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and other diseases have led to millions of people worldwide turning their backs on drug-based medicine. Through its stakeholders in the media, medicine and politics, the Cartel is therefore manipulating the coronavirus pandemic with the goal of making people so fearful that they are driven back into its clutches.

The extent to which the Pharma Cartel is putting the global economy at risk is perhaps best illustrated by statistics published by the World Economic Forum (WEF) in 2011, which calculated that by 2030 the cumulative global economic impact of the five leading chronic diseases – heart disease, cancer, diabetes, mental illness, and respiratory disease – could reach a staggering $47 trillion. Putting this sum into context, at the time the report was published it represented enough money to eradicate two dollar-a-day poverty, among the 2.5 billion people then existing in that state, for more than half a century.

Stating that its findings were “unequivocal” and that a “united front” was needed, the WEF called on governments, civil society and the private sector to commit to combating chronic diseases and their rising economic burden. Since then, however, it has become clear that the WEF’s call fell on deaf ears. Globally, one in three of all adults now suffer from multiple chronic conditions. In developed countries this figure is closer to three out of four in older adults and is predicted to rise dramatically in future years. As an investment industry driven by the profits of its shareholders, the pharmaceutical industry has no interest in root-cause prevention of chronic health conditions.

The coronavirus pandemic is thus a reminder that achieving the goal of ‘Health for All’ requires us to redouble our global health education efforts. Millions more people worldwide have yet to learn about the lifesaving benefits of natural therapies, which include supporting the immune system in fighting infections. It is therefore up to us, as advocates of a new global healthcare system built on science-based natural health approaches, to share this important knowledge as widely as possible. Doing so can literally make the difference between life and death.
