This Brussels court decision follows the filing of a lawsuit by the League for Human Rights, a non-profit organization, several weeks ago. The lawsuit challenged Belgium’s system of implementing coronavirus measures using Ministerial Decrees, without any input from the country’s parliament. Predictably, the Belgian State has indicated it will appeal against the ruling.
