[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The finding that consuming more oily fish or fish oil supplements may help prevent frailty in older adults builds on previous research<\/a> showing that lower levels of vitamins and antioxidants are associated with frailty. Nutrient deficiencies are particularly common in older people, with many lacking vitamin B12 and folate<\/a>.
