New Chemotherapy ‘Backpack’ Attempts To Normalize Use Of Highly Toxic Cancer Treatments

The originators of a new wearable chemotherapy ‘backpack’ are promoting it by claiming it will allow people to receive the toxic treatment ‘in comfort’ in their own homes, or even while they ‘pop to the shops’.

COMMENT

Contrary to the claims of its promoters, this is not an ‘innovative’ approach to the treatment of cancer. It is simply a desperate attempt to normalize the use of an exceptionally toxic class of drugs.

There are two important facts about chemotherapy that the promoters of this ‘backpack’ have especially failed to mention. Firstly, far from stopping the spread of cancer, chemotherapy actually encourages it. A recent study published in the Nature Cell Biology journal looked at two commonly used chemotherapy drugs and examined how breast cancer cells respond to them. Confirming what other studies have reported for years now, the researchers found that use of this extremely toxic class of drugs can trigger the onset of new tumors in other parts of the body.

Moreover, chemotherapy has been shown to kill many patients within 30 days of starting treatment. Examining data on patients with breast cancer and others with a form of lung cancer, researchers from the UK found that chemotherapy, as opposed to the cancer itself, was actually killing hundreds of people within 30 days of treatment commencing.

To learn about natural health approaches that have been shown in scientific studies to block all key mechanisms that make cancer a deadly disease, read the groundbreaking book written by Dr. Rath with Dr. Aleksandra Niedzwiecki, ‘Victory Over Cancer’.
