Openly acknowledging that myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) is a known side effect of the vaccines, he has alleged that, through providing grant money to the New York-based EcoHealth Alliance organization, former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) director Anthony Fauci actually funded the creation of the coronavirus responsible for the pandemic. Calling for Fauci to be prosecuted over this, Musk has also accused the BBC of spreading ‘misinformation’ on mask-wearing and vaccine side effects.

Elon Musk has complained that his COVID-19 vaccine shot almost sent him to the hospital, feeding into the belief shared by many of his followers that the immunization is dangerous.
